Behind the brand is Suman Tanwar—a devoted mother, passionate baker, and food innovator. Her journey began in 2008, when her children were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Determined to provide safe, nourishing, and delicious meals, she began experimenting in her home kitchen, crafting a wide variety of gluten-free recipes that never compromised on flavor.
After over 15 years of dedication and discovery, Sum’s Glutenfree Kitchen was born in 2024. Today, we proudly offer a thoughtfully curated range of gluten-free and wheat-free products that honor both health and taste—because everyone deserves food that’s safe, satisfying, and truly enjoyable.

As someone with Celiac and growing her own celiac-aware Instagram platform @GlutenfreeGiggles to her experience in international market and Indian startup experience, Ritika brings a rare blend of social media savvy, production expertise, and managerial precision to our team.
